Thomas Peralta, Jr. brings to Avidiant Consulting Group, LLC a unique combination of financial and management expertise. Coupled with his profitability improvement techniques in dynamic organizations, Mr. Peralta produces real value for our clients and employees. Mr. Peralta has provided the knowledge and drive for major cost reduction/savings and the internal reorganization that lead to the successful turnaround for his clients.
Prior to joining Avidiant Consulting Group, LLC, Mr. Peralta, Co-Founder and President of Solid Payroll Group, LLC and Co-Founder and Vice President of Solid Benefits Group, LLC, held senior level positions at various companies including Chief Financial Officer to Executive Vice President. Some of Mr. Peralta's engagements have included companies such as Advanced Cable Ties, Inc., Puma Technologies Inc., International Software Group, GEAC Corporation, Sigma Design Inc, United Plastics, Inc, Monson Chemicals Inc, Fitchburg Gas & Electric Company and Sy Textiles Products Inc. Mr. Peralta recently served as Interim VP of Finance and Operations for Pelletier's Building Supply Company, where he assisted in improving cash flow and streamlining process and procedures and reorganizing the internal management structure. Mr. Peralta's primary areas of expertise include turnaround/workouts, reorganization/restructuring, crisis stabilization, cost reduction/downsizing, negotiating with creditors and lenders, systems evaluation/implementation, management assessments, assessment of company problems/corrective action implemented.
Mr. Peralta earned a Bachelors of Arts degree (B.A.) in accounting from Assumption College, and his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from Anna Maria College.
