David Wareikis, Advisory Board
Mr. Wareikis, has over twelve years of corporate finance and investment banking experience providing services to management teams from start-ups to high grade businesses.
Prior to founding Timeless Capital, LLC, Mr. Wareikis worked as a Director and Vice President for a boutique investment banking firm, Bluffview Capital, LP, with a primary focus on transactions in the services industries.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wareikis has played a key role in the origination, structuring, and execution of numerous public and private equity offerings, senior debt and high yield offerings, and mergers and acquisition transactions representing over $8 billion in value. Mr. Wareikis is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
