Initial Public Offering (IPO)

The IPO or Trade Sale is enormously distracting for incumbent management, and often a stringent process involving lots of meetings and a staggering amount of extra work. This usually has the effect of distracting management from what they are good at, (and what the post IPO market will be paying them for), namely, running the business. This is where Avidiant comes in:
- Examine the business and making structural improvements
- Pull together a suite of information needed for the IPO
